Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet started and no initial concepts or work have been delivered.
- If we fail to deliver services as promised in the agreed timeline (without client delays).
- If a technical error on our end prevents the service from being completed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Once the initial design, concept, or draft has been shared.
- If delays are caused due to client’s late response or incomplete information.
- If a project has been partially completed and the client decides to cancel midway.
- Services involving third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain, plugins, ad spend).
- Change of mind after the work has started.
Process for Refund

within 7 days of order placement.
Our accounts team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Project Revisions Instead of Refund
In cases where you are not fully satisfied with the initial results, we offer multiple revisions (as per your package) before considering refunds. This ensures we exhaust all possibilities to meet your expectations.
